Rosemount 1151LT
Limit is 0.5 psia (3.45 kPa) to the flange rating or sensor rating,
whichever is lower.


Overpressure Limits
Transmitters withstand the following limits without damage:

0 psia to 2,000 psig (0 to 13790 kPa).


Rosemount 1151HP
0 psia to 4,500 psig (0 to 31027 kPa).


Rosemount 1151AP

Ranges 3–8: 0 psia to 2,000 psig (0 to 13790 kPa).

Basic information :

The transmitter can be mounted directly on the measuring point, installed on the wall, or used in a pipe

 that is clamped in 2 '(about phi 50mm) on the mounting plate.

Transmitter guide the connection hole on the pressure capacity room for 1/4-18 NPT threaded hole, 

the fitting guide hole pressure within 14 NPT 1/2 - taper pipe threads (or M2OXl. 5-18 male), can 

choose according to need and bring pressure joint 1/2 - the transition of 14 NPT thread taper pipe joint.

 Feature :

When measuring liquid flow, the pressure outlet should be opened on the side of the process pipe to avoid the

 sediment.At the same time, the transmitter should be mounted next to or below the PIP, so that the air bubble

will flow into the process pipeline.


When measuring gas flow, the pressure outlet should be at the top or side of the process pipeline.And the

 transmitter should be installed next to the process pipeline or above, so that the accumulated liquid flows easily

 into the process pipeline.

The pressure chamber is equipped with the transmitter of the side relief valve, which is to be opened in the side 

of the process pipeline.


When the measured medium is liquid, the discharge valve of the transmitter should be installed on it to eliminate

the gas seeping in the measured medium.When the measured medium is a gas, the discharge valve of the transmitter

should be installed below to discharge the accumulated liquid (see right-hand chart).The pressure chamber turns 180.
